No, all traitor finders do is check to see if someone bought a T-weapon. There are many flaws in this (i.e some servers have the G3SG1 as a normal weapon and that would trigger the T-finder) and I doubt it will be added unless there's some possible way to read who the traitor is; but i'm pretty sure that's server side.
