Other payment method than PayPal?

Hey,
I am unable to pay using PayPal.
I'm looking to buy a 90 day Gmod package.
I currently could pay using paysafecard, or through steam giftcard.
If there is any other payment method, please tell me so i can look and see if am able to pay through that service.
