Well Recently i tried to buy a hack for Garry's Mod But there was a problem since i have oped/closed to many accounts on Paypal with the same card i am unable to purchase your hacks i was wondering is there any other way i can purchase them if so that would be great.

you can pay with a debit card through the paypal website, simply at checkout once you select paypal there should be a option if you don't have an account to pay with a credit/debit card and sign up (you can uncheck the sign up part) and that should charge your card for your payment.
