Is it possible to have a crosshair for snipers only? And how buggy is the skinchanger?

Psilent aim was patched so they doesn't work but silent aim does.
No option for sniper only cross hair.
skin changer has literally no bugs
pSilent aim works in hvh servers
but pSilent aim is patched in valve official servers
