Is it possible to know if all features are undetected or which ones are detected/patched at the moment for competitive games?

90% of CSGO cheat features are undetected few ones like sv_cheats bypass, roll nospread and few antiaim options are detected on competitive

you can just set anti untrusted in Misc tab so it will prevent getting banned by those features.
