If you don't have time to become a master at CS I recommend aimware. I've been using it for 2 days now and I have people yelling at me for smurfing, not cheating. Once you master how to not make walls obvious, and when to get headshots and when not to, nobody will ever know you're cheating.
There are also features such as skin changer that makes it look like you have any knife or any skin you want. It's great.
The only complaint I have is every once in a while walls will show the outline of someone there when there actually isn't. Not a big deal at all though.
It would also be nice if you hovered over a setting it gave an explanation of what it would change for you. (However this info is available on the forums)
Overall I give it a 9.8/10.
