paypal problem

I can not buy a VIP cs;go  why?|
I have money and account is active.
I have error message "Return to the merchant's site and try a different form of payment

Unfortunately, at this time we can not process payments through your PayPal account. Return to the merchant's site and try a different form of payment (if available)." 

This is my problem or aimware?

I've been trying to re-new my subscription for the past 2 weeks but no success. When I try to buy something else it works perfectly, so you need to check if you got any strikes or disputes opened against you that you need to resolve.

if it is like you say, then we wouldn't receive any other payment, but it's only you at the moment.

As you mentioned before, PayPal is probably fucking up.

Hope my issue get fixed soon.
