it works, but it will trigger an untrusted ban.

Yeah, it will make your account untrusted.
That's why when in MM you should always keep "Anti Untrusted" on and not mess around with things that look too good to be true in MM, like teleporting, bypassing sv_cheats, hidden cvars, etc.
