Well, it's a modified version of QAC that's one-lined (easily readable too)
All it does is every 2 minutes it runs a timer that says a message, then it uses QAC's method of detecting by detouring functions.

My friend used it on a server with Hex's anti cheat (the best gmod cheat that only exists on 2-3 servers) and it was detected there.

Sorry for dumb bump, but HeX's anti cheat is being released publicly in a few days.
