Credit Card is being denied

Trying to pay for 1 month sub. and my card is being denied.

Nothing wrong with my card as far as I know because it's working with other things. There is money on it. No holds on it or anything.
It's a Visa. So I'm not sure what the issue is.

Is it verified on paypal?

When I go to pay I choose the option that's something like "Don't have paypal? Pay with a debit or creditcard." And I've paid for Aimware before using this method. After filling out all the information and clicking pay, I get a popup that says something along the lines of "This card doesn't work, try a different debit or credit card".

That's weird, do you mind calling paypal?

I don't mind. Figured I'd call later in the day. I mean I just bought something from g2a using the same method on paypal, so I really don't know what the issue is.

Someone told me it could just be Aimware having issues connecting to PayPal or something like that.
