I plan on getting a visa/mastercard/whatever prepaid card to buy it. Can you use those?

You can pay through Paypal with a credit card if that is what you mean. Even without a account with paypal.

Like I can still pay through paypal with one of those cards you buy at a gas station that have 25/50/100 dollars/euros on them?
