hello, no you don't need to disable anything, it's basically just download and play.

ViCe already left a comment on your question, but I will just give another comment.
Close your ''Steam account + CS GO launcher'' where you hacked on. Delete the cheatloader if you want to be real careful. (Then just re-download it when you want to use it again). The last thing you can do, to clean it all up, you can use CCleaner before starting to play on your main. (Keep in mind that your saved cheatsettings will be resetted at the next start-up).
