Quick GTA 5 pre-sale question

Interested in buying the lifetime package for all games, but had a quick question about GTA's aimbot since that's one of my main games I'm interested in.

Does the aimbot work properly when driving in vehicles and aiming out the window?
What about when aiming at other's that are driving in vehicles? And is there god mode and never wanted?

aimbot works only in first person view. you can attack anybody when you aren't in a vehicle.
