what error do you get? also make sure to verify your account and credit card

If the card is properly linked to the account, you shouldn't have any issues buying the cheat. Try logging out and logging back into paypal.

can't i send the money to sub for an direct email in paypal? I can't buy it in other way, got funds in my accound, but my credit card is pre-paid so i can't link it to my paypal acc just realized that

You can link prepaid cards to PayPal.
