Help When Buying?

Are you allowed to skype me or use any communication device while I purchase the thingy? Because I dont want to purchase cheats and not get my VIP status :/

there's nothing to worry about, really, just do what it says, insert your nickname and pay, you will get VIP automatically.

Could I pay using skins in csgo, or is it the paypal method only?

only paypal is accepted.
