I am trying to purchase the csgo hack via paypal and i get an error saying "Return to merchant: Paypal Can not send this purchase or something like that" 
May I Please pay via paypal (hitting pay a friend) and be contacted on skype via username:amazingallen123

It won't work in every other way, just try it till it works, it does it sometimes
