Will I get banned from GTA V if i use the cheat?

On Ps3 there's a anti cheat banning players that are using cheats and the GTA V cheat page says that there is no anti cheat on the game, but im quite sure that there is on the Ps3 so I was wondering that if i use the GTA V cheat will i be banned from gta or is there 0,00% chance of receiving a ban on Gta V PC?

Be honest,If you guys would include a bypass way or maybe program XD for the rockstar one, valve is imposible but i think it should be possible to bypass the bans given out by rockstar self. as rockstar is shit with hackers anyway.
