Lost my Original Account

Hello,

i already have an account with Aimware Liftetime but it just says that my password is miss matched even though i have saved it with google passwords. 
I also tryed recover password with Email but i dont get any recover mails and i also cant open an support ticket for that because it always says that the service is not working thats why i am trying it over here, and i rhope its not a problem. 

Is ther a chance i can get in contact with somebody who could help me please?
