Account problems

Everytime i make an account the day later it says "wrong credentials or 2fa" even tho the credentials are right and i never had 2fa, and when i try to recover pw trough pw reset I never get the email, tried making another account because maybe it was just that gmail account but none of my accounts receive any email from AW
