Hotkey button?

Hi, was wondering if while having the hack in game can the user use a hotkey button ? Lets say im in a game and being the last survivor and im up against 5 enemies (lets say the wallhack is off) can i use the wallhack by pressing the hotkey button which is connected to the wallhack and activate it take a quick peek where everyone else are then turn it off all in one moment is that possible? Or do i have to wait till the round is over so i can activate it?
