Returning to CS few questions

Alright guys, I'm coming back to CS after not playing since 2019. I used to use IW and I tried AW once so I'm familiar with cheating but I just don't know if it's any different to what it was around 2015-2019 so I've got a couple of questions: 
 - Is it still 11 reports gets you into overwatch or is solo raging in mm a no-go if you don't want to get banned?
 - How often are VAC waves?
 If anyone has any other general updates from the cheating scene from the last 5 years, feel free to include them.

1. overwatch doesn't work in the same way in cs2 as it was in csgo, you can rage in premier / comp games but only in a semi-rage style, anti-aim or high fov will get you banned automatically (in prime matchmaking). there are no more players reviewing the demos etc
2. not very often, last one for aw was like 9 months ago
