"Invalid creds"

Ive reset my pass 20 times and it still wont let me login into the loader, at this point im gonna lose my mind. cant even use what ive bought. any fix?

none of your requested password resets went through because you didn't confirm a single one via e-mail.
do that and log into the loader normally.
