Unable to log in to account

I have a lifetime sub on the account: https://aimware.net/forum/user/114219 but brave browser deleted my saved passwords for some reason and I got logged out so now I can't access it. I have lost access to the email quite a long time ago but I have had 2FA enabled for a while. Is there any hope of getting this account back? The only info I can give you is the 2FA code and the last time I logged in on the launcher (literally was using it yesterday).
