Need help resetting my password

Heyy! I can't reset my password for some reason, the email just does not come through :(. I'm not sure if it's bugged or it's on my end but i would love to get my account with lifetime sub back. I checked my email and i saw that i previously requested a password change in 2021 which is when i last used it, so i know i got the user and email right. Also i'm not sure if i should provide my user or email in this thread or in a pm to a mod/admin so i'll just wait for a response on what to do. Sorry if i posted in the wrong section, but i really don't know where else to post.
