I tried logging into paypal after clicking pay now however I get this error:

How should i fix this?

try again later, i remember a customer having this issue and it "fixed" itself after waiting few hours

This could be the funds are still sending to your account, or are "PENDING" from another payment. Typically you'd get that because you have no funds on your account.
