MasterPackage Lifetime Question

When Christmas sales come I would like to purchase the Master Package lifetime but I do have a couple questions. First of all, I had a friend buy me lifetime here for CS:GO / CS2 about 2 years ago, does that play a small role in any discounts? I would assume not but thought I would just ask. 
Secondly, is it true HWID resets take weeks here? I've since updated my motherboard since I last used the cheat but all of my other hardware is the same. If its true that it takes a couple weeks for a HWID reset wouldn't I just be better off buying my lifetime masterpackage on an entirely new account since I can instantly use my sub?

2. No, HWID resets don't take a couple or one week(s) to process. The HWID resets on the site are instantly processed.
   After each reset, a cooldown of one week is imposed.
