This cheat still dominate other premium cheats based on my hvh matchmaking experience.
If you misses there head on the first place, then you have to switch to body aim first and that's only way to kill enemy semi ragers. slow walking and pitch down. Otherwise, you will lose for sure and on shooted every missed. Like my media below:

For me, Aimware still the Best.
