I'm thinking about buying the Gmod hack, but I have some questions.
Does it have anti-screengrab?
Does it have a Lua executor?
Does it get updates?

Yes, it does have anti-screengrab.
It also has a LUA executor.
GMOD will receive a major update in the near future, porting it to the V5 framework.
