Lost/Hacked account?

hey hey, zeyfx here!

I created my account in January 2020 (https://aimware.net/forum/user/336364)and in 2021 I had to get rid of my computer, but I could still access the account from my cell phone, however, now in 2023 I have a new computer, but no matter how hard I try to access my account, I can't. I already tried to open a Ticket (<link removed>) on the 17th but today I saw that the ticket no longer exists. And yes, I already tried to change my password, but without success. I would like to know if through a new ticket I could get my account back, my email and phone number remain the same, so I can provide any information requested

Make sure you provide all of the asked information on the ticket. Try opening another one.
