gmod dayz mode

so i want to know i i can see weapon in the map with esp and what is anti screenshot ? and cac or something like that (anti cheat) 
and the vac wave including gmod ?

To see weapons you just click on the weapons filter in the Visual page tab or click on the all button in the filter.

Anti-Screenshot is useful if you want to take steam screenshots but dont want people to see you are using aimware , so it will pretty much make the esp not show up in the images.

There are no ban waves in gmod and vac is not working/enabled for the game.
