Question

Hi I was thinking of buying the gmod hack. I was looking at some posts of gmod hacks. What features can you use and not use on cac protected servers. And do you need like win.rar or stuff like that or is it  a zip file when you double click it it asks question, you run it and you start up gmod and its on it automattically.Is that true?  Thanks you for taking your time looking at my post.
