Fake lag in MM?

Can you run the fake lag in MM? Without getting untrusted that is.

Also how does the fake lag manifest itself for other players, what does it do exactly? Just curious.

it gets you untrusted

it makes you lagging but only for other ppl you wont notice much except with high cmdrate
as mekelek says it gets you untrusted

Fake lag seemed very interesting that's too bad. Well cheat seems superb anyway, so I bought it.
