GTA V Hacks question

I see people all the time in multiplayer dropping bags of money and spawning in vehicles and changing the colors of the vehicles. Are they doing this with your hacks? Or are they just using a trainer?

Pretty sure you are talking about a mod called Mod Menu or something idk

Don't think you can drop money bags but the ban chance is WAY lower than any trainer.
