Is the cheat VAC safe?

Heyyo!

Im not that new, but I quit the HvH scene about a year ago (started in 2019, quit in 2021-ish). I want to cheat again, but on my main. Im only cheating on HvH servers so the only risk for me is a VAC ban. So is the cheat VAC safe?
