Question about accounts

I am planning on buying VIP lifetime for CS:GO, but I have a question before I do. Say for some reason I get VAC banned while using aimware, can I create another steam account and still use aimware, or will I have to buy it again. Sorry for the stupid question, I just wanted to clarify it before I buy VIP.
