How to open menu

I am using the CounterStrike Global Offensive hack for 3 months now and I really like it. But if i download the launcher from the forum and activate the hack, it says waiting to start counterstrike. After starting up Counterstrike there are automatically some hacks online like the radar, wallhack and crosshair but that is all. I dont get a menu where i can turn on or off different hacks. How to open this menu or what am I doing wrong?

you used it for 3 months without opening the menu once o.0
