I've bought cheat 2 weeks ago and using legit settings only + visuals occasionally. It is the best cheat because legit settings are almost undetectable and the only concern I have for it is AWP crosshair shaking during shooting and I've described this problem here - http://aimware.net/forum/thread-16525.html
Anyway, I've been playing only MM and I'am Global Elite (was supreme before) I use legit setting almost all the time without AWP (obviously because of the problem described in the link provided)
and no one has accused me of using cheats... only one pro asked me to turn off my aim because I cannot be as good as other PROGAMERS and it was his only explanation to my perfect shooting. So I haven't received an overwatch yet and I'am confident that I will not in the future.
Visual settings are only minimum settings for HP and I toggle on and off when I need it (even if you very good at hiding WH you will not be able to hide it perfectly because of human nature of reflections = so I recommend to use it very carefully and only few rounds per MM. Almost all overwatch bans are because of WH :) but its up to you to decide that)
