Few questions about the CSGO cheat

When I purchase the cheat, can/should I protect it with VMprotect/Enigma and Hash/Name change it, and if no, why not? Also, is the cheat using auto-updating signatures with every CSGO update? I mean I shouldn't download the hack every time the CS updates, right?

No you don't have to do anything of this and you don't need to redownload it
