Question before i purchase today

Hello,

If i make this purchase will i be able to just start the game right away OR do i have to download it to a usp card and delete the installer and so forth? I tried a trial of unity hacks yesterday and never got it to work because i had to do so many things before to get it going. Are there any instructions on how to download the hack ? thank you
