Yes you need to follow what the error said, add a bank or a credit card to your account, confirm it and then you will be able to purchase

I've done what you said , then I get this:

That means, master card is giving you issues, is there any support you can call?

I've been to my bank recently and told them about my issue, they've told me that it will be fixed within 2 hours , 2 hours have passed and it still doesn't work , is there any other way to pay?
