my alt has all the games my main does

hey guys when i log into my alt from my pc that has my main on it the alt lists all my games that are on my main i dont think i have family sharing on but i dont know is this because its on the same pc or do i need to fix this before i purchase the hack?

turn off family sharing, it's in steam settings
