Is it okay for me to share my account with a friend? This does not mean I'm wanting to sell my subscription to a friend, I just want to let them use my account for AIMWARE.

No, sharing accounts is against the terms of service and is automatic ban

you bought it for his username, and if you were to use the cheats under his username, that is considered sharing, one account to one person
