What functions are detected?

Titles says it but I've heard anti-aim or nospread or some other things are detected??

Only a few anti aim options are detected, the rest for the most part is undetected.
And spread is patched, so using it in VAC secured servers is useless, as it won't work.
NoSpread is still included in the cheat for servers that support hvh for example.
