Forgotten username.

Hey guys. 
I had opened a ticket in relation to this a bit back but didn't hear back was hoping to get some guidence. I had created a new account in which I purchased a product, I have forgotten the username unfortunately but remember everything else. There doesn't seem to be a forgotten username in which you can reset via email on the website. I have transaction ID etc, just literally need my username as I have passwords saved etc.
