GTA V/HWID question

Been around for a while, purchased csgo/insurgency etc. was really happy with the cheats- I'm back for more.

My HWID is set to the same pc but its since changed videocards and had a windows reinstall so I'm assuming the HWID changed. Do I have to HWID reset, if so is it free or do I need to pay?

Also I see the GTA V cheat has an all weapons hack, an incendiary bullet hack etc. usually only available through modding, is there any scripting or modding; that is, with the recent banwaves to people who are modding in GTA V Online, would this fall under that category?

1. HWID resets are free
2. ive been using aimware in gtav, and unless someone records you playing and sends it to gta support, you wont be banned for hax

HWID resets are free, you can get banned on GTA but it's temporary
