1.) pSilent - To my understanding this means that people spectating you can NOT see your screen move/jitter however I've seen a lot of cheats saying they have pSilent when it's not truely silent as they claim. Is this TRUE pSilent aim? And does it also show up as silent in Overwatch? If it does, couldn't one just turn FOV super low and use that instead of legit aim?
2.) When was the last DETECTION of this hack?

Yes, aimware has perfect silent aimbot, aka pSilent.

Yeah, I used to use ragebot FOV 4 pSilent, and wasn't overwatched for the longest time until i accidentally raged in casual.
Last detection was a bit back, but I believe at one point it was UD for quite a bit longer, 4+ months.
