I can't buy the CS:GO Cheat

I can't buy the CS:GO Cheat for some strange reason. When I try to complete the purchase it says I can't use my brand new prepaid visa card. I'm not sure if it matters, but I am trying to buy the 15€ cs:go cheat with USD ($) and I have twenty five USD on this prepaid card. Any way someone could help me out?

I am very sorry for wasting your time. I figured out what I did wrong! The prepaid card has a name that you have to put instead of yours. Thanks Obama :(
