I'll start off with basic things, the community is actually helpful and nice unless you ask stupid questions *cough* client drop help *cough*
The first tab in the cheat that you would have, is the legit bot.
It is quite good, but in CS:GO unfortunately Valve has patched spread, therefore the triggerbot isn't as nice, but it still does the job.
You would have basic settings for FOV, for rifles pistols and snipers, with autowall settings and whatnot.
The ragebot menu is what this hack excels at, in every game really. With multiple settings to dominate your opponents, especially your rival hackers; such as many autowall settings, anti-aim settings that would take the opponent 3 rounds before they'd be able to realize what just hit them.
The visuals tab has your basic things, such as chams, boxes around enemies, ASUS walls, an anti-screenshot option in case servers you play on have a special plugin that captures your screen, no visual recoil, no sky, no flashes, no smoke, and unique features that only aimware has, as far as I know: crosshair recoil and grenade tracers. Crosshair recoil shows you the spread of your recoil, that adapts itself instantly, whether you are moving, standing still, jumping, and the grenade tracer is for making the best out of your smokes and grenades!
The misc tab has an autostrafer, which is very useful for moving around very fast, fakelag which helps you in HvH fights, auto jump, edge jumping in case you really really want to get on that damn silo, chat spam, name spam, which changes your name very quickly under the name of AIMWARE.NET flooding the chat at an extraordinary speed.

and all of them excel at being great hacks, at a decent price!
