Questions about CS:GO & purchasing

Hi,
First question. I'm not sure how to have a friend pay for me, on other websites (specifically a COD hacking website) you can put the username (without the password) of the user you want to pay for, and that's how you gift subs, but I'm not sure if I am just blind or how does this work here? At the moment I've just given a friend my login info to pay for me later, is that how we do it here?
Second. In regards to LUA's in CS:GO. Does this cheat offer a region picker? Killsounds LUA?
Third. I haven't used Aimware since like 2013 or 2014 before no spread was even patched.. All you had to do was enable no spread and anti aim and go rage MM, but I know in todays age of CS:GO cheats there is a lot more customization and fine turning needed to perform well in HvH. Are there any public configs that actually perform well or cheap ones to buy on the forum?

1. For someone to gift you a subscription, he/she has to log into your account and buy it.
2. There are a lot of Lua scripts in the VIP part of the forum. Also i don’t know what you mean by “region picker”?
3. There are a lot of configs as well on the forum which you can customize later on for your preference.

He means force matchmaking region.

Thank you for the replies, and yes I meant force match-making region so you can select where you want to play, basically.
Not many cheats have this and the only cheat that does offer this I am not interested in purchasing. So I was curious if Aimware had a LUA for this (or a feature).
Also, any idea when the Credit Cards feature will be available? We tried to do that but it says CC's are currently not available but will be here soon. I think its been like that for awhile now though?

I don't think you can force a reigion anymore in csgo without a vpn.  I think it got patched.
