Hardware ID Reset

So I wanted to get aimware again but before I buy it I wanted a hardware ID reset because it was ignored two times last time and so if I buy it I wanna use it on my new pc instead of my laptop. If you guys can reset I buy ez as that

You aren't VIP, hence you can't reset an hardware ID.
